Forever Places
Friends of the Smokies
In 2020, Friends of the Smokies launched a new program called Forever Places, to support the structure preservation efforts for the national park. Many of the historic structures within the park are in critical need of repair. Areas, like Cataloochee, in the Smokies on the NC side, were hit really hard by Hurricane Helene. These communities of churches, cabins, mills and barns weave the story of the mountains I love.
To help with the funding of these efforts to preserve the history and heritage of the Great Smoky Mountains, I am introducing a new series of colored pencil drawings titled "Forever Places" with the first limited edition print "John Oliver Cabin". Many of the structures within the park will be featured in the series with one/half of the print proceeds going to Friends of the Smokies.
Begin your collection now to secure the same number of each print from an edition of 350 and 30 Artist Proofs. The limited edition giclees are available on paper or canvas, in three different sizes, framed or unframed.
